Shipping policy
Each order is carefully packaged. If a trackable shipping method is selected, we will send you the tracking ID via a separate email once your order is on its way.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. The standard delivery time within Germany is 4 business days. Shipments sent as DHL parcels have a standard delivery time of 1-2 business days within Germany. Shipments to other EU countries take approximately 10-14 days.
Important note for pre-order items
Please note that all items of an order that also contains a pre-order item that has not yet been released will not be shipped until the pre-order item has been published. For orders with multiple pre-order items, there will be no shipping will until the last item is available. Therefore, no partial deliveries will be made.
Shipping costs within Germany
Up to a total order value of 50.00 €, shipping costs of 2.95 € apply. Depending on the nature and weight of the products orders will be shipped as either Deutsche Post Bücher-/Warensendung, Maxibrief or DHL Paket (incl. shipment tracking). Starting with a total order value of 50.00 €, shipping within Germany is free of charge. Please note that orders containing products with a FSK18 rating will only be shipped within Germany by DHL Paket with age verification. So please keep an official photo ID handy to prove that you are of age. An important note: FSK18 articles can unfortunately NOT be delivered to Packstations.

Shipments to the USA are sent as traceable DHL Paket International with Postal Delivered Duty Paid. Customs duties and customs processing fees are therefore charged directly during the checkout and will paid by the sender, so that no additional costs will be incurred on the recipient's end.
